A Porsche platform project demonstrating Quaero capability across technical assessment, documentation, restoration planning, specialist coordination and commercial lifecycle management.
Establish a technical baseline, define specialist workstreams and structure the project for assessment, documentation and long-term asset development.
Independent assessment of condition, scope and specialist requirements relevant to the platform.
Structured photographic records, component identification and project documentation throughout the engagement.
Independent planning for restoration pathways, sequencing and engagement of qualified specialists where required.
Coordination with appropriately qualified independent specialists for technical workstreams outside Quaero's direct scope.
